There are a lot of properties in Southern New Jersey that Daniel Ballerini runs and owns. He has been in business since 2012. Mr. Ballerini's main goal has been to buy low-quality residential properties (single-family homes and small apartment buildings) in mostly Class B neighborhoods, fix them up, and rent them out to good tenants. Since 2019, Daniel Ballerini has changed his business model from a Buy, Fix, and Rent model (2012) to a Buy, Fix, and Sell model. For the last few years, Daniel Ballerini has held on to his 102 rental properties and added a "Fix and Flip" arm to the business.
